These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and h888 ("h888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gaming platform available at h888.plus. By accessing the h888 website, creating an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the h888 platform.

To register and play at h888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

h888 may require you to provide documentation verifying your age or identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and may result in account closure.

Each person may register one account only at h888. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, h888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal facilities suspended until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

All deposits at h888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. h888 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these Terms. h888 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment instrument.

The minimum withdrawal amount at h888 is Rs 500. h888 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This requirement is in place to protect against fraud and money laundering.

Standard withdrawal processing times at h888 are as follows:

Before your first withdrawal, h888 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. Please have a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and a recent bank statement ready. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before a withdrawal request can be submitted. If you submit a withdrawal request with an active bonus balance, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited. Please ensure your bonus wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to your bonus balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period are forfeited automatically.
• Only real-money bets count towards wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion. Bets placed with bonus funds do not count.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%) and some games may contribute 0%. Contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• h888 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes.

By placing a wager in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the game rules as displayed within the game client take precedence.

h888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all online casino games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and reflect long-term statistical averages — individual session results will vary. h888 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results once RNG certification is in place.

For live casino games, the rules applied by the dealer and as displayed in the live game interface are definitive. In the event of a technical fault during a live session, the affected round may be voided and bets returned at h888's discretion. h888 is not liable for lost winnings arising from genuine technical failures that are outside its control.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.

• In the event of a malfunction, all bets and play are void.

h888 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, fraudulent or disruptive behaviour. All players are expected to behave with courtesy and fairness at all times. The following conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated system to interact with h888 games or services.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings gained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to h888.
• Making false or misleading statements to h888 support staff.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing communication directed at h888 staff or other players via any channel.
• Engaging in money laundering or using h888 accounts to process the proceeds of illegal activity.

h888 operates rigorous anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering systems. All transactions are monitored and unusual patterns will trigger a review. h888 cooperates fully with relevant legal authorities and may be required to disclose account information under applicable law.

h888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions or downtime of the h888 platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Data loss, corruption or unauthorised access arising from events outside h888's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• A player's own decisions regarding which games to play, how much to wager or when to stop playing.
• Any loss that is not a direct, foreseeable consequence of a breach by h888 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits h888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by h888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your h888 account at any time by contacting support at support@h888.plus. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements and the withdrawal terms set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

h888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive or abusive conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months. In this case, h888 will provide reasonable notice before closure and will return any real-money balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, h888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. h888 will communicate the reason for account closure unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation or legal proceeding.

h888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the h888 platform and may request closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
